Bucket elevators
Bucket elevators are used for vertical movements of granular and dusty products at high speeds and hourly flows. The elements that allow transportation are the cups which, screwed to a PVC or rubber belt that runs on rollers inside a closed carpentry, receive and contain the product until it is released into an unloading pipe. This can only take place if, during installation, a foundation plate is provided that is embedded in the cement of the flooring which allows the conveyor to be anchored to the ground. Visible inspection doors, hoppers or pipe connections during loading, unloading pipes with pneumatic sorters and sensors for rotation, heeling and reduced belt speed control can be provided.
Some examples:

Bucket elevator with stainless steel pressed buckets, punched rubber belt, rectangular loading hopper, inspection hatches, folded sheet metal frame divided into sections with bolted reinforcement joints, motorization spliced to the rubberized roller, dust extraction nozzle.

Bucket elevator in resin injected nylon height 12m, punched rubber belt, loading nozzle with tailored adapter, frame body in folded sheet divided into five sections with bolted reinforcement joints, motorization spliced to the rubberized roller, dust extraction nozzle.
