Belt conveyors
Belt conveyors are used for the horizontal or inclined movement of naked, loose or packaged products for the feeding and exit of the customer’s machines or in the distribution phase, even at high speeds. The belt is the element that allows the transport and is composed of a fabric base (polyester) and a covering that is in contact with the product (pvc, polyurethane, rubber, etc.).
Depending on the product, the type of system and the purpose of the conveyor itself, belts with different friction coefficients (high, medium, low) can be used, with the addition of imprints on the covering (negative pyramid, honeycomb, etc.), with patterned processes (punched holes) or with the addition of profiles (trapezoidal, rectangular, strips, etc.) both longitudinal and transverse.
At a construction level, it is possible to foresee height adjustments with feet and cantilevers, containment sides (fixed or adjustable in height and width), rubber rollers for high speeds, head passages with pens up to Ø12, head motorizations and anything else depending on the customer’s needs.
