Roller conveyors

Roller conveyors are used for the low-speed handling of heavy loose products, spread out on pallets, drums for horizontal and curved transport (motorized roller conveyors) or inclined (end-of-line idle roller conveyors) in dosing, process or distribution systems. The roller is the element that allows transport and is composed of a steel drum (or PVC for light idle roller conveyors) with a cylindrical shape for horizontal movements or a conical shape for curvilinear movements.

Depending on the needs related to the system to be built, it is possible to equip the rollers with lateral containment disks at the ends, PVC or anti-abrasion rubber drum coverings, step rubber rings, liquid-tight head gaskets, stainless steel bearings, threaded or spring axles, simple or double pinions for motorized rollers (depending on the weights) and clutches inside the heads in the event of accumulation of light products for frictioned rollers.
