Rotary tables
Rotary tables are used in the loading phase, in the accumulation phase at the end of the line, as a replacement for motorized curves thanks to the smaller overall dimensions of the structure and for the horizontal movement of whole products of medium and large dimensions at low speeds.
Depending on the type and weight of the package to be moved, the element that allows the transport can vary (belt, chain links, belts or rollers) and the rotation system (manual with idle bearing, automatic with pneumatic cylinders, mechanical up to 360° with base bearings equipped with teeth or with intermittent drives in the case where there is a need for a cadenced rotation).

Materials and finishes
- Painted steel (powder coating done in oven at 200°C according to our standards or as per the customer’s requested painting cycle)
- Galvanized steel (galvanic or hot dip)
- Stainless steel (AISI-304 or Aisi-316) satin finished (medium grain or scotch-brite for food and pharmaceutical use) and non-satin finished (for industrial use and for high temperatures)

- Choice of component brand (motor, reducer, supports, bearings, etc.) as an alternative to our standard offer (Varvel, Seipe, NSK/Tecom, Skf, etc.)

Realization and testing.

When our conveyor belts cannot be delivered assembled, we offer the customer on-site installation.
